No Return / No Exchange (General Rule)
Due to the nature of thrifted items:
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Size issues
Change of mind
Minor wear (already mentioned in description)
Return Eligibility (Only If Applicable)
We only accept returns if:
You received a wrong item, or
There is a major defect not disclosed
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Proof Required
To request a return:
Unboxing video (mandatory)
Clear photos of the issue
No unboxing video = No claim
(This protects both you and us)
Refund Process
If approved:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
Amount will be refunded to the original payment method
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable
